Aromatic Wisdom
Perfect title! I have been dabbling with essential oils for several years now in a hit and miss manner. Now EOs are the center of my cleaning routine and are front and center in my first aid kit. I love the fact that these pod casts are in small, easy to understand doses. And the wisdom has come in very handly. Recently, after being stung by a hornet, I applied lavender oil "neat" on the sting. Within 10 minutes the pain had greatly subsided. Coincidentally, I had listened to Part 1 of 10 Ways to Use... Thank you!

Essential Oils Master!
When it comes to essential oils and hydrosols, Liz is the woman I turn to for help. Her knowledge is so deep that she’s like an encyclopedia of information. This podcast really shows her happy and spontaneous personality that makes learning fun and entertaining. It’s refreshing and real.

Liz is an amazing wealth of essential oils knowledge
I have enjoyed listening to this podcast from the 10 essential oils to start with, proper blending techniques, and easy gifts to make, she's full of knowledge relating to essential oils.
Plus she has a great voice to listen to and sense of humor as well. Great job Liz!
